At BloomLiving, we stand behind the quality of every FreshVault Sealer we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your FreshVault Sealer arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@bloomliving.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
